The fee includes:

• Conference material
• Welcome Reception

• Cultural Events
• Heurigen Evening by invitation of the Lord Mayor of the City of Vienna
• City Tour with historic tramway

* Accompanying persons have to be registered using the online registration form. They are entitled to attend the reception at the Heurigen, the Cultural Event and the City Tour.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before August 25th, 2014 will receive 100% of the registration fee, less EUR 35,00 administration charge.
Cancellations after that date until September 8th, 2014 will receive 50% of the registration fee.
Cancellations on shorter notice can not be refunded.
